Development editing
I look at the big picture, strengthening the book’s structure, organizing the author’s ideas, and ensuring that the book flows logically from start to finish. Whether you’re mapping out a table of contents or working from an early draft, I can help.
Copyediting
I fine-tune your manuscript for clarity, consistency, tone, grammar, and style. I follow The Chicago Manual of Style (or your preferred guide) and your house style. I also create and maintain a convention sheet for the project.
