About me
I lead the full editorial life cycle for book projects—from first draft to final files.
I specialize in organizing ideas so they flow logically and refining language so it reads naturally, whether that means overhauling a rough first draft or fine-tuning a nearly finished one. Over a 25-year career, I've overseen more than 500 titles, managing 20 or more projects simultaneously—and I've never missed a deadline. Publishers hire me because they know they won't have to worry.
My clients include Chronicle Books, John Wiley & Sons, Adobe Press, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and McGraw-Hill, among others.
I’m also a fine art photographer whose editorial work has appeared in The New York Times, Dwell, Monocle, and more. My background informs how I think about storytelling and the relationship between text and images.
Based in Portland, Oregon, I work remotely with clients across the U.S. and beyond.
